PX16L Fast Response Food Penetration Probe - Thermistor

The PX16L Fast Response Food Penetration Probe (Thermistor/Striaight) is designed for measuring food temperatures and has a needle tip, ideal for testing delicate foods and is fitted with a 0.7m straight lead.

  • Temperature Range: -40°C to +150°C (-40°F to +302°F)
  • Thin Tip: 1.6mm
  • BioCote Antimicrobial Protection

The PX16L Fast Response Food Penetration Probe (Thermistor/Curly) is fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
