Pricing Policy
Our aim is to offer great value for all of the products that we sell.

The pricing on the website may vary from catalogue published prices. All online promotions, bundles, kits, offers and discounts apply to the Website only and do not apply to any other offers.

The prices of products advertised for sale on the Website are as set out on the Website, errors and omissions excepted. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling, inclusive of VAT at the current rates, and excluding delivery charges where a delivery charge is applicable.

Where applicable delivery charges will be clearly set out when you place your order and will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the options available. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in Mainland United Kingdom. Other delivery charges will be displayed in the basket once you have chosen your delivery destination.

Thermometer Point reserve the right to update and change Prices any time prior to acceptance of your order.

In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on the Website, Thermometer Point  will usually contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed, or Thermometer Point is unable to obtain your instructions, We will cancel your order and any sum debited by Us from your debit/credit card will be refunded in full to the same card. Thermometer Point will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.

Orders for Online Sales, Promotions and Purchases

You may see promotions advertised throughout the website and follow the onscreen prompts. These promotions can be for a limited time only and any promotions will have terms and conditions stipulated. You will be able to view any promotional terms and conditions by clicking on page hyperlinks marked “terms and conditions” or by visiting the terms and conditions page directly. You will have the option to edit your order on screen right up until the payment stages within your basket.

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us.  Thermometer Point may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. On any such occasion Thermometer Point will email you to make you aware as soon as it is possible to do so.

You will receive an email, once your order is in process detailing your order reference and details of the product(s) you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement only and is not an acceptance of your order.

Although we always endeavour to keep a stock of all items advertised on the website, occasionally products you order may not be available or discontinued by a manufacturer. If this happens we will contact you to ask what you would like to do, either cancellation of the order, wait for re-stock or choose an alternative item, In the event of a cancellation any sum debited by Thermometer Point from your debit/credit card will be refunded in full to the same card.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Thermometer Point we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Delivery Information

We carry in stock the majority of the test equipment listed. Delivery is normally 2-4 working days from the time the order is placed. If we have a delay on a certain product any longer than this period we will contact you to let you know.

Returns Policy 

If you change your mind or are simply not satisfied with your purchase then you can simply return the order within 7 days of dispatch.

Warranty periods

You can rest assured that when you buy from Thermometer Point your instruments will come with a warranty. All of our instruments are covered by the manufacturer, however, each one varies in regards to the period they are under warranty for, therefore, please check the datasheet of that particular monitor for more information before you purchase.

We accept the return of all orders as long as
• The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received

• All accessories are present
• The equipment is in its original condition as sold

Defective Items

All of our items are quality checked before going out of the door however should you receive a defective item we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Defective items within the product guarantee period will need to returned to us for inspection. The cost for returning the item to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser and not Thermometer Point.

Please don’t just return your items without reading "To return an item" below for details.

Upon inspection, if a fault is confirmed and the product has been deemed to have been used in a correct manner, then a full refund, replacement or repair will be offered. Should the product be found to be working to specification then you will be informed of this and asked how you wish to proceed. In the event of the returned product being found to be working to specification then no refund or replacement will be applicable.

To Return An Item

In the event of a return, the buyer should arrange delivery at their own expense. Firstly, contact us about your return on 01704 227 157 ; we will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions. Clearly write the RMA number on the packaging next to the address provided. The refund will be processed through your initial method of payment; bear in mind that all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee in accordance with our returns policy.

Goods must be returned to us via a signed-delivery service. This is really important as any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility. The cost for returning the item to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser and not Thermometer Point.

Should the returns request fall outside of the aforementioned 30 day period, no authorization will be given without the prior written approval of the Seller.
