Featuring a slim Ø 1.8 mm × 130 mm needle design, it ensures quick (< 2 s) and accurate readings for liquids, soft foods, and other sensitive materials. Available in both Type K and Type T thermocouple versions, it accommodates fast response needs without compromising durability.
