The ETI Colour‑Coded Thermistor Penetration Probe (Model 174‑166) is a durable and versatile sensor designed for accurate measurement of liquids, semi‑solids, and granular materials in HACCP and food safety applications. Compatible with ETI Therma 20, Therma 22, Therma 20 Plus, Therma 22 Plus, and 8100 Plus thermometers, this probe ensures compliance and reliability at every use.

It features a stainless steel probe (Ø 3.3 × 130 mm) and a heavy-duty, ribbed polypropylene handle topped with a colour‑coded cap (White, Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Black), allowing for easy process-zone coding and cross-contamination control. The probe delivers readings in under 2 seconds, with a temperature range of −40 °C to +150 °C and accuracy of ±0.4 °C between −20 °C and +100 °C (±0.3 °C between −10 °C and 0 °C; ±0.2 °C from 0 to +70 °C).
