Mini Needle Probe for DOT Smoke and ChefAlarm®

The Miniature Needle Probe is a precision accessory designed for fast, accurate temperature readings with minimal intrusion. Compatible with ETI’s DOT, Smoke, and ChefAlarm thermometers, it features a fine 1.6 mm stainless-steel tip and 90 mm length—perfect for delicate tasks such as sous-vide, patisserie, or checking thin cuts of meat and fish without loss of texture or juices.

With a rapid sub-two-second response time and a wide measuring range of −50 °C to +300 °C, this probe performs equally well in chilled storage and high-heat cooking. Its 1.2-metre heat-resistant silicone lead provides flexibility, making it easy to use around ovens, grills, and prep areas.

Built with a high-accuracy NTC thermistor sensor, it delivers results within ±0.4 °C between –20 °C and 100 °C. A moisture-resistant design enhances durability and hygiene, ensuring it’s a reliable, long-lasting tool for professional and home kitchens alike.
