The Gourmet Folding Probe Thermometer is a compact, pocket-friendly food thermometer designed for precision cooking, cooling, and compliance with HACCP protocols. It features a 180°-rotating stainless-steel probe that folds neatly into its ABS housing—making it both practical and safe to transport.

It measures temperatures from −39.9 °C to 149.9 °C (±0.1 °C resolution) with a reliable ±0.5 °C accuracy up to 124.9 °C. The thermometer includes convenient On/Off and Hold buttons, plus a built-in CalCheck 0.0 °C function that allows quick verification of accuracy by pressing both buttons during power-on

The device is water-resistant (IP65) and houses Biomaster antimicrobial protection to maintain cleanliness in active kitchens. It runs on a 3 V CR2032 lithium cell, providing long service life of up to 5,000 hours, and automatically shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
