The EcoTemp® Max/Min Digital Thermometer offers a dependable and cost-effective solution for monitoring temperatures in commercial kitchens, catering, and food holding environments. It features a large, easy-to-read custom LCD display with Max/Min memory, display hold, and °C/°F toggle for convenience.

It measures temperatures from −49.9 °C to +199.9 °C with 0.1 °C/°F resolution, providing precise readings for cooking and food safety. Each unit is supplied with a detachable stainless steel probe (Ø 3.5 × 125 mm) and a 700 mm silicone lead.

This thermometer is HACCP compatible, includes Biomaster antimicrobial protection on the housing, and displays open-circuit and low-battery alerts when needed.
