The PX30L Heavy Duty Penetration Probe (Thermistor) has a 150mm stem, which reduces down to a 3.3mm needle tip, making it ideal for testing delicate foods, fitted with a 0.7m lead. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.

The PX30L Heavy Duty Penetration Probe is fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
